Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for return
- Clear photos of the item, if damaged or defective
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving approval.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale
- Used, damaged, or washed products (unless damaged upon delivery)
- Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
International Returns
We accept returns worldwide. All return shipping fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
